China to issue clean energy vehicle blueprint in March
China aims to release its renewable energy vehicle development blueprint in March 2010, a senior government official said. The development blueprint has already been completed by the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and is now under review by the State Council, Wang Shulin, the head of the NDRC’s Vehicle Team, said in Nanchang city, Jiangsu province. Wang said the NDRC also plans to release a renewable energy vehicle technology standard for the country. (November 23, 2009)
