China Integrated acquires gas stations in Shaanxi

China Integrated Energy Inc., a leading non-state-owned integrated energy company in China, announced that it has reached separate agreements to acquire three gas stations located close to the city of Xi’an, in Shaanxi province. “We are pleased to complete these acquisitions, which brings our total number of operating gas stations to 10 in Shaanxi province,” said Gao Xincheng, chief executive officer. The company plans to lease an additional five to seven gas stations in the next 12 months as part of its growth strategy, said Xincheng. (December 28, 2009)
