Chevron Philippines to open 20 stations in 2011

Chevron Philippines (CPI) said it will open 20 new service stations in the Philippines in 2011. Chevron operates under the Caltex brand in the Philippines. Jim Meynink, country chairman, said the country’s service existing stations are in the process of being upgraded. “Caltex unveiled an all new service station image refresh, which is currently rolling out throughout the Asia Pacific region. Forecourts are brighter and more contemporary, and the canopy lights are safer and more welcoming at night,” he said. Chevron currently has more than 850 service stations in the Philippines. The company is currently celebrating its 75th anniversary. (July 6, 2011)
