Chang’an Mazda expects sales to grow by 40%

Chang’an Mazda Motor Sales Co. said that it is confident that it will realize a 40% sales increase in 2009. Chang’an Mazda automobiles are manufactured by Chang’an Ford Mazda Automobile Co. Ltd., a joint venture between Chinese auto producer Chang’an Automobile Co. Ltd., Ford Motor Co. and Mazda Motor Corp. in Chongqing, southwestern China. To achieve its sales target, Chang’an Mazda will bring in new car models, including imported cars, to its sales network in China. (March 4, 2009)
