BPCL launches fuel efficiency campaign

To increase awareness on fuel efficiency and provide better service to customers, Bharat Petroleum Corp. Ltd. (BPCL) launched the “Fuel 2 Faayda” campaign in Pune and Satara districts. BPCL General Manager KH Subramanian kick-started the drive in mid-December. The company’s Territory Manager Inderjit Singh, Territory Coordinator N Krishnamani, dealers and officers were present at the lucky draw campaign. Coupons were made available at 120 BPCL petrol pumps for customers to participate in the draw. Two-wheeler or three-wheeler customers can participate in the contest with a minimum fuel purchase of Rs200 (US$4.11), and for four-wheeler users, the minimum purchase amount is Rs500 (US$10.27). Truck or bus drivers can participate with a minimum fuel purchase of Rs1,000 (US$20.55) . The draw will be declared every week till January 31, 2012. A mega draw will be held on February 14.
The campaign is also valid on purchases of MAK Lubricants, Speed Petrol and payment through BPCL’s Petro Card. BPCL offered prizes like gift hampers from MotoMax, Mahindra Duro scooters, TV, oven, DVD player, washing machine and others.(December 15, 2011)
