Bosch sets up JV with Chery Auto, Atech in China

The joint venture (JV) of Bosch China, Chery Automobile, and Australian-based Atech Automotive, located in Wuhu, a major city in East China’s Anhui province, recently began operations. Called Bosch Auto Multimedia (Wuhu) Co., the JV will develop and manufacture automotive multimedia products, including instrument panels and information and entertainment system products.
Bosch owns 60% of the JV, Chery has a 30% stake, and the remaining 10% is owned by Atech. (November 27, 2012)
