Belarus’ Mozyr Oil Refinery delays launch of hydrotreating unit

Mozyr Oil Refinery in Belarus has put on hold the launch of its hydrotreating unit for diesel fuel because of complications with the installation of equipment. A spokesperson for the refinery said that the launch date had been tentatively moved from August to November. The plant will have a capacity of 3 million tonnes of diesel fuel per year and investments for the project have reached more than US$200 million. (November 24, 2011)
