Axiom to build Victoria's largest biodiesel plant

In Australia, the construction of Victoria’s largest biodiesel plant in Geelong’s northern suburbs is expected to begin in the coming months. The Axiom Energy plant will produce 150 million liters of biodiesel. Axiom Energy General Manager Danny Goldman said the A$50 million (US$41.88 million) was on target to be fully operational by next year. “It’s coming along very well and with so much focus on greenhouse gas reductions and carbon emissions the time is really right for a big biodiesel production,” he said.
