American Jianye sees boost in gross revenues
American Jianye Greentech Holdings Ltd. expects to see an increase in gross revenues for the first six months of FY 2010, due to the latest Chinese government mandate to raise the benchmark retail price of diesel oil and conventional gasoline. The company develops, manufactures and distributes alcohol-based automotive fuel products in China. The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) recently announced that it has raised prices for gasoline and diesel fuel to 320 yuan (US$46.86) per ton. The price increase translates into mark-ups of 0.24 yuan (US$0.04) for gasoline and 0.27 yuan (US$0.04) for diesel fuel per liter. (May 5, 2010)
