HF Sinclair introduces new line of immersion cooling fluids

HF Sinclair’s Lubricants & Specialties business has launched INNOVATE™, a new line of advanced single-phase immersion cooling fluids. These fluids are engineered to meet the increasing demand for liquid cooling technologies used in servers and computing components required by cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, and blockchain.

The INNOVATE line is designed with HF Sinclair’s proprietary Highly Refined Alkanes™ (HRA™) technology. This innovative approach offers superior heat transfer capabilities and ensures broad compatibility with materials used in immersed computing applications. The fluids also provide oxidative stability, ensuring reliable performance in high-demand environments. 

The launch comes at a time when the growth of advanced computing technologies is placing unprecedented demands on data centres to handle higher processing loads and maintain temperature control.
