IMO Council agreed to renew the appointment of Kitack Lim as Secretary-General of the IMO for a second four-year term

The IMO Council has agreed to renew the appointment of Kitack Lim as Secretary-General of the IMO for a second four-year term, beginning 1 January 2020, subject to the approval of the IMO Assembly in December 2019.
