HCS Group and French fuels specialist ETSP join forces

Frankfurt/Bourgtheroulde-Infreville. The HCS Group, a world leading supplier of solutions for high-value hydrocarbons and specialities, and ETSP, a technology and service provider in the area of performance and racing fuels and tailor made lubricants for racing and testing applications, have agreed to join forces in the area of performance fuels.

ETSP located in France with subsidiaries in Germany and the U.S. has a long-term relationship with the performance fuels business of the HCS Group. Both parties now agreed that ETSP will join the HCS Group. The acquisition of ETSP will complement and diversify the performance fuels business of the HCS Group while ETSP will gain access to the Group’s international and independent structures with its flexible production network and global supply chains. The transaction opens up potential for significant growth, expanding the group’s geographic presence to the North American market and forming a European champion in racing fuels.
