Detroit, Mich. – August 23, 2017 – Detroit Diesel Remanufacturing LLC (Detroit Reman) is acquiring the U.S. and Canadian business operations of
Mascot Truck Parts, a leading provider of remanufactured driveline components for the heavy and medium Duty truck aftermarket in the U.S. and Canada.
Detroit Reman is extremely excited to be able to announce this acquisition, as it continues to grow its product offerings and be the leader in heavy duty remanufacturing. By adding Mascot Truck Parts to its portfolio, Detroit Reman is strengthening its commitment to a superior customer experience in the driveline aftermarket.

Mascot Truck Parts will continue shipping within 24 hours from its 28 logistic centers in North America. Improving on this already robust distribution will be a top business priority.
