Chevron Oronite celebrates 100 years and 20 years in Dubai

DUBAI, November 21, 2017 – Chevron Oronite celebrated the 100th anniversary of its brand and the 20th anniversary of the Dubai office at a customer event in October. “Throughout the year, we’ve enjoyed looking back at the incredible journey we’ve had over the last century,” said Alain Robert, general manager, Sales and Marketing, Europe-Africa Middle East Region, Chevron Oronite.

“We strongly believe that the mutual growth and prosperity we’ve enjoyed together here in the Middle East region and beyond is due to the enduring relationships we’ve built over the years, which made this event a very special one,” he added. “Being physically located in Dubai has enabled us to reinforce these relationships with more personal contact. It also helps us to better understand the Middle East market and, in turn, develop the right products, offer the right solutions, and provide better supply reliability.”

With more than 60 customers in attendance, Oronite reflected on its leadership and long history in the region, achieving numerous ‘firsts’ in introducing innovative products to the additive industry, including the Middle East.
