ALMC receives ‘Manufacturing Innovation of the year 2022’ award
Africa Lubricant Manufacturing Company (ALMC) has been awarded by the Rwanda Private Sector Federation (PSF) the prestigious certificate of appreciation for ‘Manufacturing Innovation of the year 2022.’ The lubricant blending facility is owned by Rymax Lubricants from The Netherlands and Rwanda-based Societé Petrolé. ALMC was established in 2013. The factory produces a wide range of products for private label clients, as well as the leading lubricant brand in the Rwandese market: Rymax Lubricants.

Also, the assembly of drums is done at the facility, as well as storage of base products. Quality testing is done in the modern in-house laboratory on site. In the factory offices, administration, logistics and marketing is all provided for by a dedicated team of professionals.
“It is our mission to provide our clients with the best lubricants, optimized for local circumstances and with the best customer support possible. Our leading market position in Rwanda is the best proof of our good efforts. The fact that we have been awarded by PSF for excellence in our manufacturing practices confirms to us that our investments in quality, education and innovation have paid off. We are very proud of this award,” said ALMC’s General Manager John Okoth.
