AFPM encouraged by tax reform proposal

WASHINGTON – Statement from the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM) in response to the “Unified Framework for Fixing Our Broken Tax Code” released today by congressional Republican leaders and the Trump administration.

“Today’s framework is an important and welcomed step toward a modern tax code that will create jobs and enhance the global competitiveness of U.S. manufacturing. The proposal makes critical progress on a simpler, pro-growth tax policy and AFPM looks forward to reviewing further details of the plan as they emerge.”
