To burn or not to burn? That is the question.
For diesel fuel, that decision is growing more difficult. Petroleum is still the
basis for most fuel in the market, but there is increasing use of biodiesel as
well as synthetic or renewable diesel. Such fuels differ from traditional diesel
in having significant oxygen, in the case of biodiesel, and in possibly not
containing appreciable aromatics, in the case of synthetic or renewable diesel.
