CITGO launches brand licensing programme to expand fuel business
CITGO Petroleum Corporation has unveiled a strategic brand licensing programme aimed at expanding its presence into five new geographic markets in the United States. The initiative targets qualified marketers and retailers in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah, with additional states under consideration for future launches.
“The licensing programme is designed to drive business growth for licensees outside our current territories,” said Greg Caponegro, general manager, Light Oil Sales. “By offering our brand and marketing support to retailers who source their own fuel, we can expand our presence and provide more consumers with the quality and service they expect from CITGO.”
The programme leverages CITGO’s advanced TriCLEAN® additive system, which features TOP TIER™ designation and 50% more cleaning agents, while allowing participants to independently source their gasoline supply. Licensees also benefit from the Illuminate Brand Image, the Club CITGO Loyalty Programme, CITGO credit and payment cards, as well as comprehensive marketing support and dedicated customer service.
