Chevron introduces Clarity Bio EliteSyn AW for sustainable hydraulic solutions

Chevron has announced the release of Clarity Bio EliteSyn AW, a groundbreaking biodegradable hydraulic fluid designed for marine, construction, and environmentally sensitive industries. This new product meets or exceeds global environmental regulations, offering superior performance without compromising sustainability. 

The hydraulic fluid, composed of over 90% renewable carbon, meets stringent biodegradability and toxicity standards, making it compliant with EU Ecolabel, U.S. EPA Vessel General Permit (VGP), and other environmental guidelines. With its zinc-free formula, Clarity Bio EliteSyn AW also reduces risks to wildlife and aquatic ecosystems.

Key features include seal compatibility, eliminating the need for equipment modifications, and compliance with major environmental standards. Clarity Bio EliteSyn AW is now available in ISO grades 32, 46, and 68.
