William Noglows, Chairman of Cabot Microelectronics (NYSE: CCMP), Joins NuMat Technologies Board of Directors
SKOKIE, Ill.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–NuMat Technologies announced today that William (“Bill”) Noglows, the
Chairman and former CEO of Cabot Microelectronics (NYSE: CCMP), was
elected to its Board of Directors. Bill joins a board comprised of other
leading executives, including William Kroll, Chairman Emeritus of
Matheson TriGas (a Taiyo Nippon Sanso Corporation company) and Jay
Collins, the former CEO of Oceaneering International (NYSE: Oll).
Noglows is a 35-year veteran of the specialty chemical industry. He held
various executive leadership positions at Cabot Corporation (NYSE: CBT)
prior to becoming CEO of Cabot Microelectronics, a global leader in
electronics materials. Under his leadership, Cabot Microelectronics
become the preeminent global supplier of chemical mechanical
planarization (CMP) slurries and pads. Noglows also serves as a Director
at Littelfuse (NASDAQ: LFUS) and Aspen Aerogels (NYSE: ASPN).
