planned date for the release of its first quarter 2018 financial results
and the related conference call to discuss the results. On Thursday, May
3, 2018, after market close, Willdan plans to release its first quarter
2018 financial results.

Following the release, Chief Executive Officer Thomas Brisbin and Chief
Financial Officer Stacy McLaughlin plan to host a conference call at
5:30 p.m. Eastern/2:30 p.m. Pacific on the same day to discuss Willdan’s
