planned date for the release of its fourth quarter and full year 2017
financial results and the related conference call to discuss the
results. On Thursday, March 8, 2018, after market close, Willdan plans
to release its fourth quarter and full year 2017 financial results.

Following the release, Chief Executive Officer Thomas Brisbin and Chief
Financial Officer Stacy McLaughlin plan to host a conference call at
5:30 p.m. Eastern/2:30 p.m. Pacific on the same day to discuss Willdan’s
