USA Compression Responds to FERC Announcement

AUSTIN, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–On March 15, 2018, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”)
announced that it will no longer allow interstate pipelines owned by
master limited partnerships to recover an income tax allowance in the
cost of service. In response to this announcement, USA Compression
Partners, LP (NYSE:USAC) confirms that it does not currently provide
services pursuant to FERC jurisdictional cost of service-based rates or
own any interstate pipelines, and as such, USAC does not expect to be
adversely impacted by the announcement from the FERC.
