TECO Peoples Gas Named Customer Champion for Fourth Year in a Row

Residential customers value utility’s service-focused efforts

TAMPA, Fla.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–TECO Peoples Gas was again designated a Customer Champion by Market
Strategies International. The company achieved the highest “Engaged
Customer Relationship” score out of 128 electric, natural gas and
combination utilities. The score is based on factors that include brand
trust, product experience and service satisfaction.

Market Strategies International provides a comprehensive view into
utilities’ relationships with their residential customers.

More than 59,000 residential utility customers responded to the survey.

Peoples Gas has also been designated an Environmental Champion by the
same group.
