Target Logistics to Open New, State-of-the-Art Lodge in Mentone
Delaware Basin facility will provide first-class amenities, service
beginning in June 2018
THE WOODLANDS, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Target Logistics Management, LLC ("Target Logistics"), a global leader
in remote accommodations and the largest provider of turnkey workforce
housing in the U.S., announced today the addition of Mentone Lodge
North, a 489-private room lodging facility in West Texas, to its
extensive network of workforce accommodations in the Permian Basin. The
lodge is slated to open in June 2018.

coming days, which will increase our total capacity in the region by
approximately 1,200 beds.”
Mentone Lodge North, which will be located near Target Logistics’ Wolf
Camp Lodge, will feature 489 private guest rooms, 200 RV spaces and
top-of-the-line amenities, including multi-tenant, shared office space,
on-site fuel services and a convenience store for workers to utilize.
The facility will also feature a 24-hour dining room serving three meals
daily, a recreation building, housekeeping services, self-service
laundry, a commissary and around-the-clock security and
controlled-access entry. Target Logistics also maintains a “zero
tolerance” drug and alcohol policy at all of its lodges.
