SUEZ Announces Price Increase on Specialty Chemicals Sold by Water Technologies & Solutions Business Unit

TREVOSE, Pa.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–SUEZ’s Water Technologies & Solutions, a business unit created by
combining GE Water & Process Technologies and SUEZ’s industrial water
activities, is implementing a global price increase for all specialty
chemicals and related services sold into all industry segments. The
increase will be effective March 1, 2018.

Driven by global and/or regional increases in certain raw materials,
transportation and labor costs, the price increase is specific to the
SUEZ’s Water Technologies and Solutions business unit and will increase
globally on average between 5 and 10 percent, varying by country and
product. The price increase will be implemented according to the terms
and conditions of existing customer contracts and will be communicated
to affected customers by SUEZ commercial teams.
