Sidley Welcomes Energy Finance Partner Brian Minyard in Houston

Austin LLP is pleased to announce that Brian Minyard has joined the
firm as a partner in its Houston office. He will be a member of Sidley’s
Global Finance practice.
Mr. Minyard focuses his practice on debt financings for both lenders and
borrowers, particularly those in the exploration and production,
oilfield services and midstream sectors. He has extensive experience
with acquisition financing and other specialized energy finance
transactions, including reserve-based lending, mezzanine debt financings
and volumetric production payments.
Mr. Minyard’s arrival follows closely that of energy partners David
Asmus and Brian Bradshaw, and marks the continued expansion of Sidley’s
global capabilities in M&A, project finance and infrastructure for
clients in the energy sector.
