Praxair Included in Inaugural 2018 Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index

recently launched 2018 sector-neutral Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index
(GEI), recognizing the company’s transparency and strong diversity and
inclusion practices.

The GEI measures gender equality across a variety of factors, including
company statistics, employee policies, and community support and
engagement. The 2018 index is made up of 104 companies, from a variety

provides investors with information on gender equality that is critical
to the financial and operating success of businesses globally.

index scored at or above a global threshold established by Bloomberg

statistics and policies.
