Orion Energy Partners Announces Promotions; Chris Leary and Ethan Shoemaker to Managing Director and Tim Mister and Inés Tovo to Vice President

NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Orion Energy Partners, L.P. (“Orion Energy”), a private equity firm
providing creative capital solutions to middle market energy
infrastructure businesses, is pleased to announce the promotions of
Ethan Shoemaker and Chris Leary to Managing Director and Inés Tovo and
Tim Mister to Vice President.

Mr. Shoemaker and Mr. Leary’s promotions are in recognition of their
significant contributions to the firm since inception, in particular
their leadership on Orion Energy’s investments in its portfolio
companies.

Mr. Shoemaker is an observer to the boards of directors of Tiger Rentals
Group, Keystone Terminal Holdings, and American Natural Supply, and is
also a member of Orion Energy’s ESG Committee. Prior to joining Orion
Energy, Mr. Shoemaker was a Vice President in Goldman, Sachs & Co.’s
Natural Resources Investment Banking Group, and before that a member of
Goldman’s J. Aron Energy Commodities Group.

Mr. Leary is an observer to the boards of directors of Future Energy
Solutions and Produced Water Transfer, and is also a member of the Orion
Energy Valuation Committee. Prior to joining Orion Energy, Mr. Leary was
a Vice President at Barclays Natural Resource Investments.

Orion Energy has also announced the promotions of Tim Mister and Inés
Tovo to Vice President. Inés and Tim both joined Orion Energy in 2016,
from Energy Capital Partners and Goldman’s Natural Resources Investment
Banking Group, respectively. “Both Inés and Tim have played critical
roles in our investment process and execution, especially during this
period of elevated activity. We appreciate their creative and dedicated
