Ongoing Permian Expansion for Target Logistics Reaches Mentone
Opened in early 2016, Wolf Camp is owned and operated by Target Logistics exclusively for employees and contractors of one of the largest producers in the United States and a longstanding Target Logistics customer. The 110 single-occupancy rooms, complete with private rooms and bathrooms, are slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2017 and will increase the lodge’s total capacity to 430 beds.

The lodge in Mentone is a 77,180 square-foot facility tailored to meet the needs of one of the company’s key customers operating in the Permian Basin, complete with a 24-hour dining room, around-the-clock security, controlled-entry access cards and private rooms. Target Logistics also maintains a “zero tolerance” drug and alcohol policy at all of their lodges.
With these additional 110 private rooms added to the Wolf Camp lodge, Target Logistics will own and/or operate 24 properties in the United States and Canada with more than 9,690 total beds.
