Mr. Chris A. Paul Joins Growing Denver-Based Berkana Resources Corporation as a Senior Consultant

that Mr. Chris Paul has joined us as a Senior Consultant. Berkana is
proud to welcome Mr. Paul, a seasoned professional with over 35 years of
experience.

Previous to joining Berkana, Chris served as General Counsel of Gulf Oil
LP, and previously worked as General Counsel of Blueknight Energy
Partners. Prior to these positions he worked in private law practice for
16 years, and for Sunoco in legal and business positions for 7 years. He
started his career with four years of criminal law experience in the
United States Army and as a Special Assistant US Attorney.
