MOGAS Industries, Inc. Ranks 21 as a Best Company to Work for in Texas

HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–MOGAS Industries, Inc. (MOGAS) was recently awarded as a Best Company to
Work for in Texas. Each year, Texas Monthly magazine profiles the
top 100 companies to work for in Texas in a special publication. MOGAS
ranked number 21 out of 33 medium-size company winners.

Presented by Texas Association of Business (TAB) and the Texas Society
for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the ‘100 Best Companies’ list is
designed to recognize the best employers in Texas—the ones that make it
a priority to create better workplaces for their employees.

Companies that chose to participate completed a two-part survey,
including an organizational overview of the company’s policies and
procedures, as well as an in-depth employee questionnaire. The survey,
analysis and list selection were conducted by Best Companies Group, an
independent workplace excellence research firm. Participation was
available for for-profit and nonprofit companies with 15 or more
employees working in Texas.

The survey results were analyzed and categorized according to eight core
focus areas:

• Relationship with Supervisor
• Training, Development and Resources

• Overall Engagement
