MC Global Gas Corporation and Diamond Gas International Select Sapient Global Markets for ETRM Solution Implementation Relating to LNG Business

HOUSTON–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Sapient
Global Markets, a leading global provider of business technology and
consulting services for the financial and commodity markets, today
announced it has been selected as a system implementation partner by MC
Global Gas Corporation (“MCGG”) and Diamond Gas International Pte. Ltd.
(“DGI”), both of which are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Mitsubishi
corporation.

MCGG and DGI have developed a new LNG business model to export LNG from
the Cameron LNG terminal near the Gulf of Mexico in North American for
supply to various markets of the world. As natural gas production in
recent years has increased considerably within the North American
market, it has created opportunities to export LNG across the world.

As part of the new LNG project, one of the first steps for MCGG and DGI
was to select and implement an Energy Trading Risk Management (ETRM)
platform. The requirement for a new ETRM system was identified to
support the entire LNG Value Chain, including procurement of feed gas,
gas transportation and delivery to the Cameron LNG plant, as well as
logistics for delivery to customer terminals, including vessel & voyage
management, diversions, and schedule changes.

After a detailed evaluation, and a review of the market, MCGG & DGI
selected Sapient Global Markets as its strategic partner for ETRM
implementation, due to its proven capabilities in delivering successful
projects on the platform.
