Andrew Hastings, has accepted the position of Vice Chairman of MaxProfit
Consulting Ltd. after serving on the company’s board of directors since
2005. With over 30 years of successful leadership experience in various
industries, the addition of Andrew to the leadership team of MaxProfit
is in line with its strategic plan. Andrew’s vast experience includes
senior executive positions in marketing, sales, product development,
manufacturing, and acquisitions and divestitures organizations. Andrew
has worked with over 200 multi-national companies across many sales
channels including OEM, retail, one- and two-step distribution, and
aftermarket. Under his leadership, those companies have achieved or
exceeded business objectives while significantly increasing shareholder
value.

In Andrew’s role, he will help lead MaxProfit with its plans to continue
its focus on enabling clients from the Asia Pacific region to
successfully penetrate the North American market. Clients benefit from
