the mail. Say goodbye to logging in to see if your latest payment went
through. As smart home technology makes everyday life easier, Reliant
quickly adopts these new tools to help customers.
The new Reliant
Speak & Save 24 plan, a first of its kind featuring the Nest
Thermostat E and Google Home, allows customers to combine powerful smart
home technology with the ability to use voice commands to control energy
usage – and so much more.

work in tandem, making life easier while making homes more comfortable
and energy-efficient. The best part? If the temperature needs to be
changed, simply say “Hey Google, make it cooler” and the Assistant
adjusts the Nest Thermostat E.
In addition to a sleek new design with a frosted display, the Nest
Thermostat E also learns individual households’ preferences and programs
itself to reduce cooling bills up to 15 percent. And with Google Home,
customers can get hands-free help from their Assistant to play music,
get answers from Google, manage everyday tasks and more. It even
recognizes different voices, and personalizes answers for up to six
people in the household.

Reliant also announced today the launch of its Actions for Google
Assistant, the company’s latest step to give customers the tools and
information to better manage their energy use and help simplify their
lives. Customers can now manage their Reliant account by giving their
Google Assistant the following commands: Hey Google, ask Reliant about
my… “plan details,” “account balance” or “energy usage.”
The new Reliant Actions for Google Assistant arrives just in time
following the holiday season, when many customers received a Google Home
device. The Reliant actions are designed to pair seamlessly to help
customers save time and money with just a few simple phrases.
