sealed bid auction for Integrated Drilling Equipment Holdings Corp’s
(“IDE” or “the Company”) stationary and portable rig apparatus and
assembly method patents. IDE was a leader in the engineering,
manufacturing and fabrication of oil and gas rigs. In 2015, it exited
the rig construction business to refocus on the Company’s core
competencies as one of the energy industry’s most respected innovators
and providers of power and control solutions.
