EnCap Flatrock Midstream Closes $3.25 Billion Fund

Flatrock Midstream
(“EnCap Flatrock”) today announced the final
closing of EnCap Flatrock Midstream Fund IV, L.P. ("EFM IV"). The
substantially oversubscribed fund exceeded its $3 billion target and
reached its $3.25 billion hard cap within six months. EnCap Flatrock
Midstream provides value-added growth capital to management teams in the
midstream sector of the North American energy industry. EnCap Flatrock’s
prior fund, EnCap Flatrock Midstream Fund III, L.P., closed at $3
billion in May 2014.

EFM IV received strong support from the limited partner community. The
closing brings total institutional capital commitments to EnCap Flatrock
Midstream to nearly $9 billion from a diverse group of more than 300
investors spanning four funds.
