announces two strategic additions to the executive team: Philip D.
Clark, executive vice president and chief sales officer, and Robert G.
(Bob) Petoia, chief financial officer. Dial
BioSciences
is a New Jersey-based environmental service company who
uses biomaterials originally developed to coat and seal medical device
implants in cardiovascular therapy and applies them to safely,
effectively eliminate mold and prevent its regrowth.

Clark, hired as executive vice president and chief sales officer, will
provide leadership, direction and resource stewardship to Dial

performance, profitable achievement of sales organization goals and
insuring sales objectives are aligned with company business strategy.
Prior to joining Dial BioSciences, Clark was the senior vice president
of strategic accounts for Maetrics, a life sciences consulting firm. He
earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems, with
minors in computer science and electrical engineering from the
University of Maryland and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and a
Miller Heiman certified sales professional.

Petoia joins the executive team as chief financial officer. Beginning
his career in the audit and tax divisions of large accounting firms,
Petoia served a number of service and technology businesses as chief
financial officer or chief operating officer, where he was responsible
for all financial, operational, administrative and technology-related
functions. His experience includes leading entities ranging from
start-ups to $200 million. Most recently he led the sale of a field
services company with operations in 13 states, where he served as chief
financial officer for the business. Petoia earned his undergraduate
degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Magna Cum Laude, and is a
licensed CPA in the State of New Jersey.
