Curtiss-Wright Declares Dividend of $0.15 Per Share for Common Stock

CHARLOTTE, N.C.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Curtiss-Wright Corporation (NYSE: CW) today announced that the Board of
Directors declared a dividend of fifteen cents ($0.15) per share on
Curtiss-Wright Common Stock, payable December 8, 2017 to stockholders of
record November 29, 2017.
