COLUMBUS, Ind.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Board of Directors of Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) today declared a
quarterly common stock cash dividend of 1.08 dollars per share, payable
on March 8, 2018, to shareholders of record on February 23, 2018.
