Chevron Phillips Chemical Announces that Maricela Caballero will Succeed Greg Wagner as Vice President of Human Resources
THE WOODLANDS, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC (Chevron Phillips Chemical)
announced today that Greg Wagner, vice president of Human Resources,
will retire from the company after 35 years of distinguished service
with Chevron Phillips Chemical and Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX). The
company also announced that Maricela Caballero will replace Mr. Wagner
effective May 16, 2018.

efforts to attract, retain and develop top talent in our industry, and
his contributions will have a lasting impact on our organization. We
wish Greg and his family all the best for a happy and healthy

Caballero, previously general manager, Human Resources Strategic
Business Partnerships and Talent Management Execution, has 30 years of
service with Chevron Phillips Chemical and Chevron Corporation. Since
the inception of Chevron Phillips Chemical in 2000, she has steadily
progressed through the Human Resources organization in various roles of
increasing responsibility at multiple company facilities.
