Casey’s Appoints New Board Member

ANKENY, Iowa–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Casey’s General Stores, Inc. (Nasdaq symbol CASY) has announced the
election of Judy A. Schmeling as a Class III director, effective March
29, 2018, to fill the vacancy caused by the death of Johnny Danos, who
passed away on March 18, 2018.

Prior to joining the board at Casey’s, Ms. Schmeling was most recently
the Chief Operating Officer of HSN, Inc., an interactive multichannel
retailer, and the former President of Cornerstone Brands, a division of
HSN. She also currently serves on the Board of Directors of
Constellation Brands, Inc., a Fortune 500 company and leading
international producer and marketer of premium alcoholic beverages.
