Cadmus Acquires Two Leading International Management Consulting Firms
WALTHAM, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Cadmus Group LLC (Cadmus), a leading consultancy in energy, homeland
security and all-hazard preparedness, climate, the natural and built

international development, announced today that it has completed
transactions to acquire international consulting firms IFOK and Meister

complementary areas of technical and strategic expertise to deliver the
full spectrum of capabilities Cadmus clients require on critically
important projects.
Service to all clients will continue without change or interruption.
“Bringing together Cadmus, IFOK, and MCG creates exciting opportunities
to enhance the services we provide in support of our clients’ missions,"
said Cadmus
President and CEO Ian Kline. “Just as important, our new colleagues
share Cadmus’ guiding belief in the power of collaboration between

IFOK has developed a unique approach to change management that allows
its clients in the public and private sectors to develop, communicate,
and implement transformative processes that address society’s most
pressing issues.
