John Caplinger Promoted to Chief Customer Officer

Caplinger holds an MBA in business from Georgia State University’s

He brings over 16 years of global leadership experience in operations,
technology, business development, talent management, and marketing,
spanning the utility, software, logistics, BPO, and retail industries.

Prior to joining Bridgevine, Caplinger was the Vice President of
Operations for Benchmark Brands and has worked in/with other companies
such as Allconnect, Serco Global and Sutherland. This experience gave
him expertise in customer satisfaction and engagement techniques for the
utility, cable, telco, satellite, and retail markets.
