Ardmore Roderick and Sargent & Lundy Launch Engineering Partnership

New firm poised to become significant supplier for power and
energy infrastructure projects

CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Ardmore Roderick announced today it has formed a partnership with
Sargent & Lundy. Both companies are prominent engineering firms
headquartered in Chicago.

Ardmore Roderick is one of the largest African American owned
engineering consulting firms in based in Illinois, after recently
merging The Roderick Group with Ardmore Associates. Sargent & Lundy is
one of the largest independent engineering consulting firms in the world
and has been a leader in power industry and energy infrastructure
services for more than 125 years.

Ardmore Roderick serves as managing partner of the new venture, ARS&L.
Its operations are directed by Ardmore Roderick President and CEO Rashod
R. Johnson, PE. Ardmore Roderick is a certified Minority Business
Enterprise (MBE), and ARS&L will be a MBE also.

The formation of ARS&L supports Ardmore Roderick's continued growth in
the energy market as well as Sargent & Lundy's initiative to support the
