PITTSBURGH–(BUSINESS WIRE)–EQT Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: EQM) and Rice Midstream Partners LP
(NYSE: RMP), today announced that their respective 2017 unitholder tax
packages are now available online. Mailing of the EQM and RMP 2017 tax
packages is expected to begin on March 6, 2018. Online availability
details are as follows:

• EQM investors can access their tax package and Schedule K-1 at www.taxpackagesupport.com/eqm
  or by visiting the EQT Midstream Partners website at www.eqtmidstreampartners.com.

• RMP investors can access their tax package and Schedule K-1 at https://www.taxpackagesupport.com/rice

Beginning March 9, 2018, EQT GP Holdings, LP (NYSE: EQGP) 2017
unitholder tax packages will be available online. Mailing of the EQGP
2017 tax packages is expected to begin on March 12, 2018. Online
availability details are as follows:
