ACC and Nestle Cooperate on Rooftop Solar
BEIJING, Dec. 7, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — Asia Clean Capital ("ACC") today announced a rooftop solar power supply agreement with Nestle Sources Tianjin Ltd., at their production facility in Ji County, Tianjin. Under the terms of the Agreement ACC will invest 100 percent of the system cost and will undertake the design, construction, and long-term system maintenance.
Electricity from the solar system will be provided to Nestle Sources Tianjin facility at competitive rates to ensure operational savings throughout the lifetime of the system.
In addition to monetary savings, the distributed solar system will assist in achieving sustainability goals. Over its lifetime, the system will save approximately 13,478 tons of CO2, or the equivalent of 5.74-million liters of gasoline.
