Gazprom Neft-Lubricants to raise output by 2.9% in 2013

Russia’s Gazprom Neft-Lubricants’ CEO Alexander Trukhan said that the company plans to produce 463,000 tons of oil lubricants in 2013, a 2.9% increase over 2012. The company is a unit of oil major Gazprom Neft.
“Russia is the only European country, whose oil lubricant market is growing. Our priority is the Russian market, and all other markets where we work. I think we will see a rise in two to three countries, but we mostly want to strengthen our position in countries where we already work,” Trukhan said.
Gazprom Neft-Lubricants operates in Spain, France, Iraq, and Turkey, and plans to enter the Chinese market in 2014, Trukhan added. (December 12, 2012)
