Mipec opens new blending plant in Vietnam

Mipec Oil Ltd. Co., a member of the Military Petrochemical Co., inaugurated its lubricant blending plant in the Nhon Trach Industrial Park in Dong Nai Province. The factory has tanks with a combined capacity of 8,000 cubic meters for storing oil, asphalt and chemicals. The factory will apply ISO 9001:2008 quality control system from 2011. Le Trong Hieu, director of the Military Petrochemical Company, said the new factory would turn out products suitable for all vehicles in Vietnam. (November 11, 2010)
