Hudson Clean Energy appoints Zhongmin Shen to oversee China operations

Hudson Clean Energy Partners, a private equity firm with a focus on renewable power, alternative fuels, energy efficiency and storage markets, announced the appointment of Zhongmin Shen to oversee the company’s operations in China. Neil Auerbach, co-managing partner for Hudson Clean Energy Partners said, “China is rapidly becoming one of the world’s foremost leaders in clean energy innovation and manufacturing, which is creating significant investment opportunity. Zhongmin will bring an important perspective to Hudson as China’s clean energy companies and financial institutions become increasingly active in the global arena.” Shen has been involved in the independent power, private equity and clean energy sectors for more than 17 years.
